Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of connective tissue & muscles using firm to deep pressure strokes. It focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. Beneficial to treat chronic pain & injuries as well as preventative care treatment. It is also not uncommon for receivers of Deep Tissue to have their pain replaced with a new muscle ache for a day or two. 

 Similar to Swedish Massage, but the positioning caters to the anatomy of the womans body & the massage is developed to protect her & baby.

An ancient therapy that originated in Asia. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow & promote cell repair.  Cupping feels similar to a deep tissue massage & has many benefits.

* PLEASE NOTE that cupping will leave circular marks on the skin that may last 5-10 days
